Reverend Calvin Hodnett serves as Associate Minister at Fort Foote Baptist Church in Fort Washington, MD. He is currently the Director of Media. He has committed himself to building God’s church and spreading His message.
Rev. Hodnett was born in Harlem, NY. He received his undergraduate education at the College at New Paltz, NY.
Rev Hodnett is former President of the Baptist Men’s Ministry of the District of Columbia Baptist Convention and former chair of the Men’s Ministry at Fort Foote Baptist Church.
He is the proud husband of Gorgette for 30 years and they have two sons.
Rev. Elliott Robinson, serves as the Pastor of Nimno AME Church in Nicholson GA, as well as Adjunct Faculty and Teaching Assistant at both the Candler School of Theology (Emory University) and Candler’s Certificate in Theological Studies Program at Arrendale Prison for Women.
Rev. Elliott also founded the non-profit Creative Tension, which uses multimedia platforms, podcasts, trainings, lectures and secondary school curricula to address bias and racism. Creative Tension also served as Project Director for the Candler Black Excellence Project, which highlighted the contributions of the Black faculty at Emory University’s Candler School of Theology.
Rev. Robinson is a Doctor of Ministry candidate at Emory’s Candler School of Theology, where he received his Master of Divinity degree. He also earned his Juris Doctor from Howard Law and his BS from SUNY New Paltz.
Rev. Nigel Thomas serves as the Youth Pastor at Fort Foote Baptist Church, in Fort Washington, MD. He also teaches youth Sunday School and Bible Study. He has developed a passion for teaching and explaining the word of God to children and adults.
Rev. Thomas was born in the Caribbean nation of Trinidad and Tobago. He received part of his undergraduate college education in Trinidad and Tobago and attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County, when he relocated to the United States. In 2021, he graduated from the John Leland Center for Theological Studies with a Masters in Christian Leadership.
As his growth in the Lord continues, he has become appreciative of Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you” – this is the Lord’s declaration – “plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope” HCSB.
Nigel Thomas is the proud husband of Mrs. Tracy S. Thomas. They have one daughter, Victoria, and they are in constant pursuit to make Jesus the center of their lives.
Reverend Hall is a founding member and Assistant Pastor of Church Administration at Beloved Community Church UCC, in Accokeek, MD. He is responsible for the Facilities Ministry, serves as a Worship Leader with his wife Paula, a member of the Beloved Praise team, a member of the BCC Leadership team, teaches Sunday School and a host of additional duties.
Chief Master Sergeant Hall(retired) is a 28 year veteran of the United States Air Force and a 14 year civil servant. He retired in 2021 after 42 years of federal service.
He graduated from the Community College of the Air Force (AA), the University of Maryland University College (BA) and the Howard University School of Divinity (MDiv) where he served as class president.
Rev. Hall is married to Rev. Dr. Paula E. Hall. The Halls have been married for 34 years and have three children; Areyal L. Hall, Samoris Hall Jr. and Aaron M. Hall.
