Course Objectives:

The objectives of this session are to (1) understand why millennials are leaving the Church; (2) introduce, measure, and apply sustainable solutions to reclaim our youth (while upholding biblical truths); (3) listen to the voices of our young people (4) and hear a case for defending God’s Word. The session will conclude with a summary of key points to consider for shaping a Christian Worldview for Young People in your Church – followed by questions, answers, and prayer.

Course Description:

The Christian Worldview today in this present age is faced with opposition from societal worldviews on: “What is the Truth?” Every generation, as we witness today, tends to acknowledge, and live by worldviews shared by the consensus of a majority found in politics, academics, and social media. The generation of young people, in this present age, have been convinced that the “Truth” is not absolute – which is known as “Relativism”

This fashionable worldview (as seen thru the lenses of individuals) tends to wield the most influence in shaping our culture, institutions, and even our places of worship. Herein lies the problem: “our young people are drifting towards a worldview and further away from the Christian Worldview (2 Corinthians 4:1-6). Their interpretation of the world gives them choices that are not always Biblical. Prayerfully this course will help the Church, Leaders and Parents to listen, acknowledge that things have changed, and begin to shape opportunities for Young people to be more inclusive in our places of Worship.
