I greet you in the matchless name of Jesus who is the Christ. I pray that God has kept you and your families in this season of life.

I am grateful to have had an opportunity to serve as the Dean of the National Capital Congress of Christian Education (NCCCE). I extend a humble thanks to our servant leader Reverend Stephen Tucker, President of the National Capital Baptist Convention of DC, and Vicinity.

As we approach this annual Congress of Christian Education It is imperative, that I share with you that we are striving to reclaim what has been lost. Our host of dedicated Christian Educators are committed to reclaiming our youth for the work of the kingdom.

Yet, again I share with you that we have transitioned from the traditional formula for our Christian Leadership School, as it is our goal to provide a holistic approach to preparing the disciples of God for the work of the church. As we observe this country and the world, it is our responsibility to create an environment that will lend itself to strengthening the body of Christ. Last year our focus was on “Best Practices of Ministry During the Pandemic and Preparation for the Post-Covid-19 Church.” This year our goal is to reshape the vision of our Christian Educators, Leaders, and Teachers that we might help our youth to develop a Biblical World View.

Therefore, I implore each of you to commit to registering and attending the Pre-Congress Convocation, and the Annual Virtual Congress of Christian Education (NCBCCongressOfChristianEd.org).

“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor has entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”  2 Corinthians 2:9
